The sources for these brush and ink drawings are sketchbooks I kept during a month in transit. My self-assignment was to make 10 drawings a day. I am interested in drawing as a visual journal of ones conscious and subconscious brain chatter, in watching characters take form and fictions be created from these sources. This is an excerpt from that series. All works are ink on paper, 12" x 16" (30 x 40cm), 2009.
